What we collect

Account details (name, email, WhatsApp), purchase records, and the business data you share with us so your AI agents can do their work (e.g. lead lists, product catalogs, CRM access tokens you provide).

What we do with it

• Operate your AI agents.
• Process payments (via Paystack and Safaricom Daraja).
• Send you receipts, billing notices and product updates by email or WhatsApp.
• Quality-check agent output before it reaches your customers.

Who has access

Catherine and a small QA team. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Sub-processors

Paystack (payments), Safaricom Daraja (M-Pesa), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (LLM inference), Namecheap (hosting).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email thairucatherine928@gmail.com.

Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for tax records as required by Kenyan law.
